You can debate whether or not these are good reasons but here are some
1) UCF has to agree to play BYU. Good chance they don't want to play BYU
2) Costs- It's a game that costs you a lot financially (either to go there or bring them here)
3) The game gains you nothing, really
Only decent reason to play is just to have a game. I don't think just ANY game helps much, especially by 12/19
