As an institution publicly lobbying to be included in the cartel, suing the
cartel seems like it would be counterproductive.
What BYU should do is acknowledge we’re never going to be in the cartel, realize that an Independent has no place in the CFP/NY6 scheme, and go join the best G5 conference that will have us (preferably the AAC with Boise) and start competing for the NY6 bid that is actually available to us.
