Occupational Therapy Assistant-- seems like a good career. Pretty good pay
Only requires an associate's degree, average salary is $60k, fairly low stress, very high expected job growth. My daughter is in school for it right now and seems to love it.

My daughter does several therapies every week, including occupational therapy. It can be really helpful for patients.
