That is what happens when they want to keep raising taxes.
However those that move from CA to TX if they vote Dem, their vote counts in CA still and they have to pay CA taxes to us here in TX.
If they vote Rep, then no taxes and vote stays here in TX.
If they vote Rep, then no taxes and vote stays here in TX.
