Good. Highly abused by a lot of people.
I was in the middle of enforcement of the ada in this area and it was frustrating to see all of the fake service animals out there. They give a bad name to those who truly need the help

I will say dogs always needed training because they have to support a specific ada recognized disability and it would be hard to do so without training. Formal documents showing that training have not been required and in fact it was hard to even check if the dog had the requisite skill

But companies didn’t ever have to treat emotional support animals as service animals under the law
