This is all fantasy. The names who are cleaning up with recruiting are the ones who the NCAA is trying to keep happy.
Bama/Florida/Texas/tOSU/ND are going to be okay with not dominating KU/TCU/AZ/G5s when it comes to recruiting. Yes, they have a distinct advantage. Yes, it's unfair and makes for a worse overall product. No, the NCAA isn't going to remove that advantage by further limiting scholarships.
