That’s Chadwell building off the foundation Joe Moglia laid. Moglia is more a manager/Bellichick type coach. But he did put in place some elements such as Life After Football which is a weekly talk from someone about a topic outside of football. Moglia also impressed the importance of citizenship and in 2016 took the team to the polls to vote. Chadwell has kept some of that and added his own touches. He has the assistant coaches take a week each and have a theme for that week along with a victory celebration should the team win. You may have seen the “wrestling” celebration after our win over the Eagles. Also the fight song chant in the locker room is a Chadwell wrinkle as well.
