That won't get the TV connected to your VPN though. I can't think of an obvious way to route your TV's traffic through a VPN. The only option I can think of is that some routers are capable of connecting to a VPN. That would route ALL of your internet traffic through the VPN. I don't know what you're trying to achieve so I can't say if this would be the right solution for you.
