Personally, our corners have done better in man than they have in zone.
Personally, I think our best defense has been a 4 man front with man press coverage.
That said, I expect to see a ton of zone to keep all the options of this spread option in front of us. While that doesn’t put much pressure on CCU and it allows for positive yardage on most plays, it forces CCU to march the length of the field if they want to score. Yes, it means we wait on CCU to make mistakes and then capitalize, but we don’t give up easy scores.
