It seems like every year a P5 team is left out of the CFP that has a legitimate argument, and we hear gnashing of teeth and see hand wringing for a couple of weeks to months, and by mid summer, no one remembers anymore. It all sounds fine and dandy, but I don't think our situation would move the needle at all even if we win on Saturday and were left out of an NY6 bowl.
