I know that I am being a bit presumptuous here, but I'm a fan, so I can.
Its funny to me that the CFP included two Sunbelt teams in the CFP rankings, 9-1 Louisiana who beat ISU, and 9-0 Coastal Carolina who beat Louisiana and Kansas. I think someone included both of these teams because they beat Big 12 teams and their inclusion, both props up the Big 12 and gives them justification for ranking ISU and OU above BYU despite their undefeated record.
IF BYU can win impressively, what will the CFP do? ITs clear to me that the reason for keeping BYU outside fo the top 12 is because they don't want to lose that $4 million dollars that would otherwise go to a P5 team and conference. IF BYU can win and do so impressively (by 20+ points), does it not blow apart the crap narrative that the CFP committe has perpetuated following the first two weeks CFP rankings? I know they probably will, but I don't see how the CFP can keep BYU out of the Top 10.
