If you changed your attitude things would be Better.

There are bad distracted or “dippy” drivers everywhere just as there are good drivers too. There are painfully polite drivers in the south... stopping on a road without a stop sign to let someone on the road nearly causing a 3 car pile up behind them.

If your point is there are unique driving cultures everywhere that is fine and i agree but your arrogance toward Utah being worse or “dippy” is hypocritical and/or ignorant.

If you prefer CA over Utah that’s fine too but that is subjective... no doubt there are those who much prefer Utah over CA. You’re welcome to leave and go back.
