"One day, Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree.
Alice: What road should I take?
Cheshire Cat: Well where are you going?
Alice: I don't know.
Cheshire Cat: Then it doesn't matter. If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there."
Like most things in life, you need a goal with fitness. Then you need to structure the appropriate levers (nutrition, workout routine/emphasis, etc.) to reach that goal. Otherwise, you'll get the same results you've always gotten. Good luck.
