Was how collaborative the offensive staff seemed to be. If I recall right, it seems like the whole staff had input on the design of the offense and even on some of the play calling. I still think Grimes is a huge loss, both his stints at BYU he played a big role in the program's success, but I don't feel like he is leaving the cupboard bare. I think the identity of the offense will be substantially similar thanks to having a collaborative approach with his staff.
