Maybe a bit more??? - there were 36 events this year (DJ and JT both won 3 times)...Rahm, Simpson, Morikowa, and
Todd won twice....
But agreed with your general point... the field would have been too small this year... so definitely makes sense to allow the top 30 (and I think the top 30 should get in every year)... an event with only 25 to 30 golfers gives those golfers too of a head start on everyone else.
