I think the psychology of investing in something so volatile and watching your

money go up and down so drastically makes it almost imposible to buy and hold. I'd really like to hear from someone who has held onto bitcoin for more than 3-5 years. When I owned bitcoin, I was always thinking about it, always wanting to buy or sell.
