worth every penny of the 8% I pay them. Maintenance, finding renters, utilities, etc..., they take care of it all. There are lots of bad property management companies unfortunately, so you need to do your research, but a good one will take most of the stress out of the equation. I am still cash flow positive (slightly) after paying them, and have really enjoyed having someone else put tens of thousands of dollars in equity into my house over the years, as well as watching the overall appreciation.
