Plantronics Voyager Focus UC Bluetooth USB B825 202652-101 Headset with Active Noise Cancelling. This one is fantastic
With mute button and mic. If the mic is moved, nobody can hear a sound.
I also have AirPod pros. They are nice too but I like the options with the plantronics better
