Up until Kiffin and then Sark, Bama hasn’t exactly had the most QB friendly OCs.
It wasn’t that long ago that Bama was a classic power run team with at most one decent WR on the field.
It will be interesting to see if things change going forward and they are finally able to attract and produce NFL talent at QB.
That said, I do agree that Zach would be an upgrade over Jones, which is what most draft analysts also believe.

One question though: Would Zach have been starting as a freshman at those schools? Zach's jump this past yr was amazing
