So, my last boss and I got along very well. In three years he only got after me twice. One time I totally deserved his wrath. The second time was over bacon. We had a faculty breakfast. We cooked up some pancakes, sausage and bacon. I like my bacon a bit more crispy. He liked it soft. So, I cooked them on my grill to my liking. He saw that and disagreed. At first I thought he was joking but, apparently, he takes his bacon serious. He kept telling me to stop cooking it so long. I continued to cook it my way. In anger, he walked over and shut down my grill. He dismissed me from my bacon cooking duties that morning. Very weird experience.
