BYU had an elite QB and offensive line. A running back with over 1,000 yards, 2 great receivers, 12 touchdowns from one of the TEs. There is no question that the offense was in the top 5 in BYU history.

The special teams were also great with the kicker as a Lou Groza finalist. Punting was also very very good.

The defense was at least "above average" compared to most seasons with some NFL talent here and there.

Overall, this was definitely a top team in BYU history and top 3 since 1996.
