This process is how it worked for me through my library’s webpage.

In speaking with friends from various parts of the country that use Mango, they’ve all mentioned that they’re using it through their local library. If you’re unable to find it on your local library’s website, it’d be worth calling in to ask for help. I had to in order to locate it.
