I did sous vide for the first time this last Sunday.
I just used the sous vide setting on my InstantPot, and the water displacement method to vacuum seal. Turned out very well. Just salt and pepper, added some butter during the searing.

Garlic and thyme or something might be something to try. Maybe some montreal steak seasoning, would work. Just dont tell me you are going to use A1 sauce.
