I mix mayo, chili paste, garlic powder & parmesan cheese - coat salmon and bake

Take the salmon out when its still a bit underdone. The sauce gets brown and bubbly. Its fantastic.

Try putting it on salmon roast, wrapped in tinfoil and baked in the oven. Super!
