My son volunteered me in their planning meeting :). I'll smoke a couple of whole chickens (ready to go right now). At the meeting, I'm also going to show them how to prepare a dutch oven pineapple upside down cake, and cook that while I show them how to prepare chicken and pork shoulder for smoking. Then, I'll serve the chickens I'm smoking right now for them to sample, and also the finished cake.

What do you think? I think they should learn something and like it.
