problems go beyond the football staff and are cultural with boosters and fans. I believe a coach may be able to put together a solid season occasionally, but the problems will prevent the Longhorns from becoming one of the upper echelon teams.

I wish Steve a lot of success but I don’t see how he will have better results than Herman because of the obstacles beyond his control.
