My son who is 13 has the following..
Pitching Coach - Former D1 player and current regional scout for Houston Astros.
Hitting Coach - Former D1 player, drafted and minor career. Currently works with multiple MLB players in the offseason.
Strength Coach - Former D1. Was S&C coach w/ Oklahoma, LSU, Angels, White Sox and Orioles.
Once he moves to High School sports he will go part time with S&C using him only during the offseason. We will also probably drop the hitting coach because his long term goals and focus is pitching.
