Note - The question isn't whether or not he will start another game, but whether or not a team will go into a new season planning on him being their #1 QB for that entire season.
His career stats through 2 seasons:
7-13 record (1-7 in 2020), 62.9 CMP%, 6.9 Y/Attempt, 37 TDs, 11 INTs, 93.1 QB Rating
He is just about the text book definition of an average QB, but he also has done a solid job of preventing turnovers. I'm not sure he is good enough for a team to go out and build around him, but he certainly is better than some QBs that will be starting next season.
