Virginia is 0-1 in Q1, and 1-1 in Q2. Only way to consider them in is if you
project they will eventually build a nice resume based on predictive metrics (many teams like Duke are in this same position). As of today teams like Virginia, Duke, Michigan St. don't have resumes to be in if selection happened today.
Meanwhile BYU is 3-3 in Q1 games, no Q2, Q3, Q4 losses, and St John's/Utah are both right on the cusp of Q2. Solid resume so far despite the lower predictive metrics.
