Let me just say I think Zabka could play Macchio's role but not vice versa.

Zabka is cringe worthy because of the lines they give him. Macchio is cringe worthy because he's...cringe worthy.

I don't think I could see Macchio playing anything other than that role. Zabka at least has some comic timing.
