It's about keeping the team. Pope builds his team off the court.
I trust what he's doing, even though I yearn for different rotations. He's got a grasp of his team & where he wants them to get to.
He might be giving a guy a 30 minute role right now, cuz he knows it's the only way he can get him to play his guts out in a 20 minute role a month from now. Other guys are getting 10 minutes NOT because it makes us better that they get any time, but because it'll make our team better in the long run.
