I don't believe Taysom Hill will succeed as a starting QB. He just seems a little too inaccurate as a passer. He's a great athlete, with a wonderful competitive spirit, but the starting QBs on good teams are just elite in their precision.
On a bad team he won't get the protection he needs. On a good team, he just seems a fraction of a second slow in making decisions and he is not routinely accurate. Maybe he can prove me wrong, as he really deserves a shot to be successful. His ball placement on passes is NOT at the current time elite. He is also too fumble prone.
Nothing profound here, and I hope I'm wrong.
