I would add....
Don’t travel at night
Don’t speed anywhere
Travel in a convoy or group of multiple cars
Be inconspicuous Ie don’t drive a new 80k truck with fancy toy hauler down there.
If you have kids keep them very close at the markets, don’t flash around cash at the markets
I wouldn’t be out late at night anywhere
