Those are hives for sure. Likely allergic. Sometimes hives can be caused by
illness but this is less likely. (make sure no fever etc) 80% of the time the cause is not found. daily zyrtec or other antihistamine for 5 -7 days. if they persist, needs to see allergist. Usually the scary stuff such as anaphylaxis would have happened by now.
