SDSU is ranked higher than USU in literally every single metric used by the NCAA selection committee uses. Higher in NET by 4, higher in both resume ranks (KPI and SOR) by an average of about 28 spots, and higher in all 3 quality ranks (KenPom, Sagarin, and BPI) by an average of about 12 spots. Both teams are 3-2 vs Q2, but SDSU also has a Q1 win (vs UCLA) whereas USU is 0-1 vs Q1. 8 of USU's 14 games have been against Q4 teams compared to only 1 of 12 for SDSU (to give a general comparison of SOS differences as well). Not even a debate between the 2 as far as I'm concerned.
