I honestly think his ceiling as a top 5 pick is Rogers
A pro bowl QB, future HOF and a SB win. His floor as a top 5 pick is Joey Harrington. A guy who many felt should have won a Heisman but then drafted and given the starting spot to sink or swim and just never could get the game figured out but played long enough as a backup to get his vet benefits
