It was very captivating originally, but last season didn't really strike the same chord with me, so I just haven't gotten around to it this year. The LDS thing was interesting, but it was a bit annoying to see temple-ish stuff on the stolen "Nauvoo"--close enough to make me a little uncomfortable, yet still a bit off. You're right the sci-fi and the politics seemed quite plausible (protomolecule aside). I also liked how the cultures of inners and outers and earth started to develop separately, including language, which is downright likely. My current binge show is Tehran, but the jury's still out.
