Who on earth has time for two workouts in a day???
I'm fortunate to get three in most weeks.
There are guys I've seen at the gym who are there literally 8 hours a day - I've never understood this. Do they live with their mom, or do they just have a sugar momma?
Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
