Get with your state 529.. if not much or not rated well than general consensus is Utah has one of the best ones (lowest fees) out there.

Then it’s basically just signing kids up with name/social etc

I just do 90/10 or all stocks with monthly set withdrawals

Pretty sure 529s are after-tac contributions. Growth is tax free though

Some allow for small state tax breaks. Not a lot though.

Invest in plan that allows student to attend in any state, such Fidelity's 529

If in utah, use the usep plan. Virginia has a great plan also that you can use.
