But for the sort of role I'm thinking, his ability to get a body on a athletic 4 & keep them out of the paint — is something I think we might need from him with our current depth issues at the 4. Neither Lee nor Haarms is fast enough to stay in front of a lot of D1 4s --particularly the kind we're sure to face in the Dance-- & Connor would not be ideal strength- & weight-wise against many of them either. I think for some of those matchups we'll see, you give up a couple inches for the extra 20 lbs & the core strength.
While I'm not exactly sure how effective Warr might fare in such a role (it's certainly not his ideal position), it's definitely gonna be our position of concern if our depth gets checked against a talented, deep opponent.
