I normally just leave a dollar tip or round up to the nearest second dollar.
Maybe I'm cheap in this situation, but I tip at least 20% when sitting down. Server serves me, I tip well. Someone hands me a bag, why do they need to be tipped?

If you go to a restaurant to pickup “to-go” food you ordered online, do you leave a tip?

Yes, but only ~10%. More to help the restaurant and workers there until things get back to normal

What if it took 20 minutes longer than they told you?

Not pre-covid, but during covid, I'm tipping like full amounts for takeout.
