companies and several others pay very well. I'm in pulp and paper and depending on the area, instrumentation, millwrights/welders, and electricians can all make $32+/hour. That's about where we were in WA and we would regularly lose guys who weren't tied to our community for better paying jobs. They would come in for a couple years experience and then move on for better money.
