So does Bidens child tax credit plan just give families between $3K and $3600

annually per child spaced out in monthly payments instead of getting $2K per child in a lump sum with taxes? Or does his plan want to give families $3K/$3600 annually per child in monthly payments while also getting the $2K per child with the tax return?

It's per year and replaces the 2000 child tax credit
