My aunt gave me caiman alligator when I was a kid.
It was about 7 or 8 inches long when I first got it, but it was scary when it grew twice that size. I got rid of it by trading it in at a pet shop for something a little friendlier.

Reptiles as pets? I’ll never understand it. Snakes, lizards, etc....

Notice we didn't offer to take it for her. He's still cooler than I would have expected.

My iguana was awesome. He grew 4 feet long and loved to hang out with us.

They're good pets that don't need affection.
