Them: you must not have had the good stuff at x.


Without fail. I could try sushi everywhere and people would still be adamant that I haven't tried the good stuff. Not everyone is going to like sushi.

Some people just don't like everything you like, relax it's fine. I'm fine with discussing the merits of things and playful banter about why something sucks or whatever though, but the refusal to acknowledge people can disagree on taste is annoying.
