There was a third incident where he went down hard after a shot attempt in 2Q.
He kind of just laid on the ground for a few seconds while the other team took the ball up. I was worried he landed hard on his hip, but easily could have hit the floor with his head as well. Rough quarter for Donovan.

And then got tackled by Robinson and got a knee to the back of the head (he was wobbly after that one).
