CougarTailDevourer Intervention Needed
Counter point: Donovan Mitchell set records for points scored in the playoffs
last year, so clearly he has what it takes to score at a superstar level. Add into that we have Bogey back, who was missing last year, and Mike Conley is playing at an all star level, and Jordan Clarkson is playing like a 6MOY candidate. We have stars this year that we're either injured last year or not playing at the same level in the bubble. We lost to the eventual Western Conference Finals Nuggets on a last second three point attempt that rimmed out after giving up a three-one lead. And that was with Bojan out. And then of course the Jazz still have elite defense as evidenced by the insane stretch shown in the 2nd and 3rd quarters against the Heat last night. The Jazz are different this year. This is the best Jazz team I've ever watched aside from the 97-98 finals teams.
