Sucks - but anytime you gamble there are winners and losers. We always hear about he person who won the huge lottery - it isn't as common to hear about the people who have spent $1,000's on lottery tickets and not won the lottery. That's who this guy is - maybe we need to hear his story more often so that more people don't make dumb bets.
