Gobs of power with the 5.7. The 4.6 was nothing special power wise,
but certainly got the job done. The 4.6 would probably serve his needs fine, though.
I do agree that a full size is much more useful than the mid size trucks. The ‘06 that he says he’s potentially considering is a decent compromise between the two sizes.
