I noticed because I never laugh but there was laughter during the show when it wasn't funny. And I couldn't figure out
why there was laughter. I thought, there must be a laugh track because nothing funny just happened.

great sitcoms like mash and seinfeld make laugh tracks unnoticeable. crappy ones like bang theory exploit laugh tracks

Funny. Laugh tracks suck. Oh except Seinfeld. Because I like that show it is ok to have a laugh track.

If your show is as good as Seinfeld I can suffer through a laugh track. So far it’s the only show to clear the bar.
